Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you prefer Express Delivery by USPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied.

We except returns 30 days from the day of receipt. We must have the package in our possession on the 30th day. You will be issued a full refund minus actual shipping cost. If you item is received after the 30 day period but within 60 days you will be issued a store credit for the purchase amount minus shipping. NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS. NO RETURNS ON SEASONAL MERCHANDISE (eg. Halloween Costumes, Valentine Merchandise, etc;).
